Reservation
- Our reservations are accepted exclusively through our online booking system. We kindly request that reservations not be made via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, KaKao Talk, Facebook/Instagram messages, or social media comments.
- Please note that reservations can only be made 2 months in advance.
- To guarantee your reservation, deposit of HKD500 (Lunch) / HKD1,000 (Dinner) per person are required.
- Once your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation E-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us as soon a possible to protect your booking rights.
- Reservations request for parties of 5 and above, private rooms or special events, please contact us via e-mail at info@restaurantmosu.com or WhatsApp at +852 5286 6218 .

Menu
- MOSU is serving both Lunch and Dinner with Tasting menus only.
- The tasting menu can only be served when the whole party is seated for an optimal dining experience.
- Menus items and price are subject to change due to seasonality and product availability.
Wine
- Guests are welcomed to bring up to three bottles per table of wine, including different labels or vintages (750ml) or bottled spirits (700ml). Please note that the wine or spirits should not be on our wine list and must be in a sealed, commercial bottle.
- A corkage fee of HKD 800 per bottle (750ml) will be charged to guests who bring their own wine. For other bottled spirits (700ml), the corkage fee is HKD 1,200 per bottle. This fee covers the cost of wine service and glassware.
Occasions
- The cake cutting fee is HK$ 400.
- If you have any specific requests for menu wording, please inform us in 3 Restaurant Days (Sunday and Monday close, not counted as restaurant working days). We can arrange the wording on menu. Candles are also available upon request.
Dietary
- We strive to ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
- We are unable to accommodate vegan or fully plant-based requests. Thank you for your understanding.
- We request a minimum of 3 Restaurant Days (Sunday and Monday close, not counted as restaurant working days) prior notice to your reservation for any dietary requirements or allergens. Please state these in the reservation notes before making your booking.
- We are unable to accommodate last minute allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Please also note that the menu is subject to availability and can change without prior notice in day-to-day operations.
Private Room
We have 2 Private Dining Rooms.
- Small room – accommodates maximum 6 guests with minimum charge of HKD5,000 + 10% service charge..
- Big room – accommodates minimum 7 guests & maximum 14 guests with minimum charge of HKD15,000 + 10% service charge.
DINNER
- Small room – accommodates maximum 6 guests with minimum charge of HKD10,000 + 10% service charge.
- Big room – accommodates minimum 7 guests & maximum 14 guests with minimum charge of HKD25,000 + 10% service charge.
Dress Code
We recommend elegant, polished yet comfortable attire.
For gentlemen, tailored trousers with a collared shirt are ideal; a jacket is optional.
For ladies, a dress, a skirt, or elegant trousers paired with a blouse is perfect.
We kindly ask that guests avoid casual wear such as shorts, sportswear, open-toe sandals, and slippers.

Dining With Kids
Children aged 7 years and above are welcome to dine with us and enjoy our regular menu in main dining area. However, we are also welcome small children and babies in our private dining area with minimum charge.
Cancellation
- Please be aware that deposit HKD500 (Lunch) / HKD1,000 (Dinner) per person are required.
- Any cancellation/amendments 3 Restaurant Days prior (Sunday and Monday close, not counted as restaurant working days) to the reservation date, a refund can be accepted. However, a HKD500 processing fee per reservation will be charged by the third-party payment company. The restaurant cannot assist with this processing fee.
- This policy helps offset a portion of the operational costs incurred by such instances.
- Any adjustment or cancellation made within 3 Restaurant Days (Sunday and Monday close, not counted as restaurant working days) of the reservation time as well as in case of ‘no show’, any payment made will be forfeited. This policy helps offset a portion of the operational costs incurred by such instances, thank you for understanding.
**Deposit refund will take 4 weeks to arrive depend on your bank.
